This Certificate was found pasted
in the front of a 1945 Edition of ‘Diesel Maintenance’, author
T.H. Parkinson. AMIAE. There is nothing else to throw any light on W. Laws, and I note that he does not appear in the ‘Roll Call’. Another
piece of history to add to the site ?
Very much so. His name
is now added to the ‘Roll Call’ project
and perhaps somebody will come up with some information on W. Laws
to add to this page.
The December 1947 Arborfield
Apprentice Magazine records him
as a member of A Company.

the left but I have cleaned
it up a little as shown below. Interestingly, this design of
certificate continued
in service for many years
without change.
