Saturday. Annual A.O.B.A. Dinner.

By tradition, the reunion honours the members of the
intakes who have reached the ‘Golden Anniversary’ of 50 years since signing
on for Arborfield. And rightly
so. This year it was to recognize
the intakes of 1962, seen below.
At the same time, members of the intakes of 1942
reached the ‘Platinum’ level with 70 years and those of 1952 reached
‘Diamond Status’ with 60 years. 52A,
‘The Diamond Intake’, were the first boys to swear allegiance to Her
Majesty following the death of His Majesty King George VI shortly before we
signed on.
